May., 01st 2010. / DEPOSITS:
As of this date, CR Grafx Design will be requiring Deposits for any Invoice. To clarify, No Deposit Refund will be made available to a Client after significant progress on a project and or if a Client fails to follow participation recommendations as outlined in our Design Process, and or if, the Client creates an antagonistic working relationship with CR Grafx Design during the Design Process, and or is responsible for major project timeframe delays. Dec., 20th 2010. / Consultation Appointments:
Pre-Approved Consultation Appointments will be Scheduled in advance, re: Date & Time, and FEE of $65. per hr., will apply.
June., 01st 2009. / DEPOSITS:
As of this date, we will be requiring Deposits for any Invoice over 500.00 given our experience having completed work without payment.
May., 01st 2009. / PRINT- READY FILES:
We require Print-Ready Files sent to us otherwise we will have to include additional charges. We will do minor fixes to Files.
Aug., 01st 2008. / NEW PRINTER:
We have just added a brand new Konica Minolta Bizhub C451 production printer to our Studio. We can now Print on thick 12pt & 15pt Card Stock for Business Cards. Also, we can now print short run Full Colour & B&W Booklets.
Jan., 01st 2008. / Email:
Due to high volume of Graphic Design, Web Design & Printing work in our Studio - Clients are asked to please use the Email when requesting Revisions from our Graphic Designer. Telephone Pre-Approval is required
Jan., 01st 2005. / Design Property:
Design's created by CR Grafx Design belong to the Studio unless otherwise stated. Logo Design's created by our Studio belong to our Clients.
