REFUND POLICY




Please review our Refund Policy regarding the different Services we provide. We strive to be ethical and fair to all parties concerned when providing any of our services and products!


Printing

All business Printing requires Proof and Client Approval before the product is sent to the Printer. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure there are no image, layout or typographical or grammatical errors. Upon Client Approval the Client accepts the Print material "as is".

In the event, our Client discovers an error within 30 days of reciept of the Printed material, it is understood:
Errors, misprints, or finishing (cut incorrectly, incorrect finish, size, etc.) caused, the Printer will be re-printed at CR Grafx Design expense.
Errors, including typographical or grammatical, not corrected during the Client PROOF & Approval stage, will be corrected and re-printed at the Client's expense.

Print-Ready Files: For Printing purposes, when a Client either delivers a File by CD or Email's a File to CR Grafx Design, it is understood that the File needs to be "Print-Ready" and that it is the Client's responsibility to ensure there are no image errors, no typographical or grammatical errors. CR Grafx Design will make minor "Fixes" to any File provided by a Client upon notice to the Client and at no expense to the Client. On the other hand, as in the normal course of business, the Client is responsible when the Client previews and Approves a Mock-Up Design, Hard Copy Proof or Digital Proof on our Client Preview page, of any Graphic Design created by CR Grafx Design, and when the Design is Printed.

Although CR Grafx Design does not offer Printing Services for large sized Banners, Vehicle Decals or Signs, we will recommend independent companies who we are confident will be able to address our Clients Printing needs.

Shipping delays - not in the control of CR Grafx Design are not deemed suitable for Refunds.
Printing delays - are explained to potential new customers and regular Clients alike.
Our Printing time frame, "as advertised online" states, Allow 1-3 Days Turnaround, is a fair representation of standard Printing orders, during regular business hours, and normal volume for Printing orders. When Print volume is high, we avoid time related issues regarding Printing orders by informing potential new customers and regular Clients alike, of Scheduling Printing completion dates and times.

Website Design

All Website Design requires a Client Approval before the final payment is made on the account. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure there are no typographical or grammatical errors. Upon Approval, the Client accepts the graphic art design, layout, and content of the product as is.

In the event, the Client discovers an error within 30 days of site design, it is understood:
Errors or Performance issues caused by the programming, design and development of the site will be addressed at CR Grafx Design expense.

In the event payment is not made for a Website payment, the Client's Website will be temporarily suspended within 14 days and permanently cancelled within 30 days.

Temporary suspension will result in a page being displayed on the Website asking the Client to contact your Website Design & Developer.

Errors, including typographical or grammatical, not corrected by the Client, if the Client sent a File which was used (copied and pasted) in the Website will be corrected at the Client's expense.

Disatisfaction with the general look, layout, color, art, or content are not covered under warranty of service and are non-refundable. Any changes to the originally approved design are billable hours at the client's expense.
Refunds for Design already completed are not authorized.

As of this date, CR Grafx Design will be requiring Deposits for any Website Order /Invoice. To clarify, No Deposit Refund will be made available to a Client after significant progress on a Website project and or if a Client fails to follow the Design Process participation recommendations as outlined in our Website Design Process, and or if, the Client creates an antagonistic working relationship with CR Grafx Design during the Design Process, which is responsible for any unreasonable project problems and or timeframe delays.

Requesting a Deposit Refund, after CR Grafx Design has completed significant progress on any given project by having made numerous Design Mock-Up's, Edits, Revisions, especially when "instructed" by the Client, is an unfair practice to CR Grafx Design. To clarify, once a Deposit is made, and significant work has been done by CR Grafx Design, and or CR Grafx Design has either completed and or is at the latter stages of the Design Process, no Deposit Refund is authorized.

Search Engine Optimization is a separate Fee and is NOT included in the Website Design Fees, however we provide Basic SEO in our 4 Page Website package. CR Grafx Design will create SEO content appropriate Meta tags and Keywords for the general theme of your site. Sitemap submission to Google is a service reserved for our Hosting Clients.

Website Bandwith, Domain Name & Hosting Renewal

CR Grafx Design via our Server at 1and1.com guarantees the 99.9% uptime for our server. Our Client's are guaranteed the alloted disk space and bandwidth as described in the package purchased by CR Grafx Design. Bandwidth usage which exceeds the package details warrant an immediate upgrade of the Client's Hosting package and is immediately billable to the Client.

CR Grafx Design requires that Domain Name and Hosting Renewal Payments be made on April, 01, 2011./12./13./14./etc., due to Billing limitations to keep up with our expanding Client base. As a result, we provide our Clients with one free year for Domain Name and Hosting payments.

We will provide three Notice of Payment emails for non-payment for either a Domain Name or Hosting renewal payment. in the event payment is not made, Final Notice of Payment is provided to a Client and the Client's Website will be Temporarily suspended within 14 days and permanently cancelled within 30 days. Temporary suspension will result in a page being displayed on a Client site asking to contact the administrator. There is no loss of data associated with a Temporary suspension.

Cancelled accounts will simply be removed from the system and result in a 404 Document /Not Found /Error message. Data is deleted.

We do offer a 30-day money back guarantee of NEW Hosting Clients.

In the event an existing Hosting Client wishes to change or transfer Hosts or cancel their Hosting account, the month in which the request is made is non-refundable. If an advance payment has been made of multiple months, the remaining months minus the requesting month will be fully refunded.

Graphic Design

CR Grafx Design offers original Graphic Design for Online and Print material such as Logo Design, Business Cards, Brochures, Flyers and Letterheads, Web Ads, Banners, etc. All Graphic Design requires that the Client to Proof the Artwork. Proof Approval and payment by the Client will always take place before final Graphic Design files will be provided to Client.

In the event, the Client discovers an error to the Design at the time of receipt or at a later date, it is understood: that the Client disatisfaction with the Graphic Design regarding the general appearance, layout, color, art, or text content are non-refundable, however the said Graphic Design will be revised in a timely fashion and in so much as the Client is satisfied.
