The MLS® site (www.mls.ca) is far more effective; however, only limited information is revealed, such as the price and number of bedrooms. As a buyer, you want to know all of the pertinent information such as the address, taxes and so on.
Another serious problem with MLS is that there can be a delay of up to 3 days before a new listing appears on the system. This is far too slow in an active market!
