Business Card Design begins with a FREE Consultation.

Our Clients usually provide us with either a Sketch, Artwork or a verbal description, i.e., Company Colours, Text Content, Background Colour, Photograph, etc., for the Business Card Design. Following the initial Consultation, we will create 3 (three) Mock-Up Business Card Designs plus a number of versions of the same Design.

Our Clients are provided with a private online link to a Client Preview web page enabling a convenient & practical method to preview the 3 Mock-Up Designs, instead of having to spend the time to travel to visit our Studio.

Approved Mock -Up Design


Unlimited Revisions

When online, our Clients select 1 of the 3 Mock-Up Designs & if necessary, the chosen Mock-Up Design can be Revised an Unlimited number of times, or until our Client is satisfied with the Business Card Design!

Client Approval & Proofs

A Digital Proof is created for online viewing. Client Approval is Required for the Business Card Design. Once the Client has Approved the Design, we will create a Pre-Printing Layout Template for Printing the Business Cards. A Printed Hard Copy Proof of the Approved Design is provided upon request.

The colours are calibrated by Pantone number codes, which can be made available upon request.

Layout Template

A Pre-Printing Layout Template is created for a Sheet of 20 Business Cards. Each Temoplate is marked with Bleed Lines or Cut Lines for accurately cutting the Business Cards.

Printer Set-Up, Pre-Printing,
Printing, Cutting & Boxing

After the Pre-Printing Layout Template is created, the Printer is Set-Up for Business Card Printing. Once Printing is complete, Cutting & Box the Business Cards for Pick-Up or FREE Delivery.
